Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?Yes, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure you receive personalized attention from our bridal consultants. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed.

What sizes do you carry?We carry a variety of sample sizes ranging from 2-24. If your size is not available in-store, we can special order most styles in an extended size range.

Can I bring children to my appointment?For the best experience and to maintain a calm atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your bridal appointment. This allows you and other brides to focus on finding the perfect dress.

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?We allow 4 per bride. If you’d like to bring more, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What should I bring to my appointment?We recommend wearing nude undergarments and bringing a strapless bra. If you have shoes or accessories you'd like to match, feel free to bring them.

Do you offer alterations?Yes! We offer in-house alterations to ensure your dress fits perfectly. Our expert seamstresses specialize in bridal gowns and can assist with hemming, taking in or letting out, adding custom details, and more. Alteration costs vary based on the work needed.

What is your price range for wedding dresses?Our wedding dresses range from $200-$3,000. If you have a budget in mind, our consultants are happy to help you find the perfect dress within your price range.

What is your return or exchange policy?All sales are final, as wedding gowns are special-order items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please ensure you're completely happy with your choice before purchasing.

Do you carry bridesmaid dresses or mother-of-the-bride gowns?Yes, we carry a selection of bridesmaid dresses and mother-of-the-bride/groom gowns. We can also find any dress or color you maybe looking for and order it.
