Needing Alterations Appointment Reservation Policy To provide every bride with a personalized shopping experience, a $25 reservation fee is required to secure your appointment. The reservation fee will be credited toward any gown purchase made during your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
